With three bedrooms (plus a loft) and two full bathrooms, this home will accommodate up to 10 lucky guests on a queen bed and six twin beds. In the lofted space upstairs, there's a futon for additional accommodations.

You'll find two indoor courts, eight outdoor Har-Tru courts, and two outdoor Red Clay courts. For in-town amenities and restaurants, you'll have plenty of options along Sugarbush Village Road and Highway 100 a few miles away. Go on a hiking trip along one of the many trails up Gadd Peak at Sugarbush or up on Mt. Ellen. There are also an array of biking trails in the Mad River Valley, plus the area offers plenty of cross-country skiing options during the winter months. In the winter, you can hop on the shuttle that goes right to Sugarbush Resort.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
