The residence is sub-divided to provide privacy to guests. The Host resides in the same house, but has no direct access to the guests to promote privacy.
Guest/s have private access to the entire rental space including the deck, and backyard for BBQ (weather-permitting).
Host is available for any concern or issue, or just a friendly chat over refreshments.

The drinking water is filtered thru a combination of ceramic and activated carbon cartridge. No need to buy bottled water. The house has a whole-housing water filtration system as well.
Lawn maintenance by the host to include daily watering of the grass and plants in the morning, and weekly mowing of the grass.

•Outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside the house.
•No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.
•No large party or gatherings.
•Laundry is off-site, or can be arranged with the Host.
