This 140sqm apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator and consists of a large entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony overlooking Via del Tritone.
Entering the house there is a hallway: on the left there is the first bathroom, equipped with a shower cabin, and a small utility room with the washing machine.
The sleeping area is located to the right of the hallway and the kitchen and living room to the left.
The kitchen is new and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery for six people., and from here you can access the balcony through a door.
The hallway is rather large and is equipped with a single sofa bed.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, TV corner and an oval table with four chairs.
The sleeping area is composed of two bedrooms: both furnished with a double bed (140cm x 190cm and 160cm x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
The second bathroom is en-suite and is equipped with a shower cabin as well.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and soundproof windows.
Guests have access to the entire apartment, and have full use of the kitchen. Sheets and towels are provided for free.
Upon arrival we will be waiting for you at the apartment to hand over the keys and show you the facilities. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for everything you need.
