My place is close to the beach (4 min walk), nightlife, shopping, wineries, cafes, restaurants (2 min). You’ll love my place because of its cleanliness, modern design, comfort, the functional kitchen (with gas stove-top, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, pantry, Aldi coffee machine), private courtyard with a new six burner BBQ and ample outdoor seating. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels provided. My place is good for couples, families with kids, and groups. Cot on request.
This light and bright double storey townhouse offers plenty of modern features. With 3 big bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs), it can sleep up to 6 people. It has 2 bathrooms (1 on each level) - the main bathroom upstairs boasts a huge spa bath. The property’s open plan living, modern kitchen and dining area downstairs looks out onto a fully enclosed courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor seating. There is also a European laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Payment constitutes the renter's acceptance of the House Rules.
• If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then I will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full.
Occupation of the property
• Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is no later than 10am on departure date.
• An earlier arrival or late departure time is subject to prior arrangement by email and availability.
• You must notify me of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 3 days before arrival.
• The property must be left clean and tidy and in the same condition in which it was found. Otherwise, you will be charged for the extra time required for cleaning which will be deducted from the bond
• BBQ must be cleaned thoroughly (same condition as found), otherwise a $50 cleaning fee will apply. Cleaning products are provided.
• All bed linen, pillows, blankets and bath towels are provided and are not to be taken off the property, a replacement towel fee of $20 per towel will be charged for any damaged, torn, or permanently stained towels
• Beach towels are also supplied and can be used outside the property
• For stays of seven (7) days or more, a weekly cleaning service will be provided at no extra charge. This will be arranged prior to your stay
• Pets are not permitted at the Property
• You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $20 per key.
• The renter must not permit smoking inside the property home. Smoking may be permitted within the boundaries of the property provided the renter ensures that all associated rubbish is removed at the end of the term.
• You must comply with all House Rules and instructions concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours.
• Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
• Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
Parties & Functions
• Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited.
• Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
Problems or Complaints
• In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform me at the earliest opportunity so I can rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
• Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to me prior to departure from the Property.
• Failure to follow this procedure may hinder my ability to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
• I recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since I am not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at my property.
