Strategically located in Rosales, one of Bogota’s most beautiful and exclusive neighborhoods, this spacious, authentic and cozy apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the best bars and restaurants in town (Zona G); the Financial Area and the “Carrera 7ma”, where public transportation can be easily accessed. It’s also next to the peaceful “Cerro” mountain, an iconic natural monument where people go hiking.
The apartment, that was remodeled on 2014, consists of two floors that are spacious, authentic and cozy and we have a beautiful view to the creek and the pines from The Cerro. The main bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom with a nice copper bathtub. The first floor has a comfortable kitchen, living room, dining room and restroom.
Except for one of the bedrooms (where Matilde and Martín sleep), all of the apartment, including a parking space is available. There's also a visitor's parking space (subject to availability).
We can interact as much as you want us to, whenever you want to. It is very important for us that you have a great experience while staying in Bogotá, and because we love this city, we want you to meet what it has to offer.
Everything you might need is at walking distance: grocery and drugstores, supermarket, top restaurants, shopping malls, parks and the best coffee of the world!
Rosales is a Hilly neighborhood and the building is at the the top of it so it's important to have in mind that even though is a beautiful walk, it is a little bit steep.
Also, because we are close to a water stream it can get a bit chilly in the evenings, so we advise you to bring your favorite hoodie.
We have a lovely and beautiful cat called Kafka. We really care about having our place clean and organized, so you don't even notice there's a pet, but can't help to have some toys around the floor.
- Don't use shoes while staying in the second floor
- Picking up after yourself in common areas is important
- No eating meals in the bedroom - snacks/munchies are OK.
I'm Matilde, and the guy in the picture is my boyfirend Martín. We are a colombian and outgoing couple currently living in Bogotá. I studied creative writing and I currently work as an editor in a cultural magazine called El Malpensante.
Martín, on the other hand, works with urban development initiatives for Bogotá. He truly loves the city and knows it very well. We like traveling, going out with our friends, and reading good books.
