Our apartment at the top of our house is modern and convenient. It is one price for 4 persons (no extra accomodation costs) with 2 large Queen Sized bed rooms and a fully equipped apartment with courthyard and balcony.
Less than 8 minutes to Brisbane CBD, closer to SouthBank, Stones Corner and Wooloongabba.
Our additional Master Suite with ensuite that will allow up to 6 persons staying (at an additional reasonable cost.)
Walk to train, cafes, bakeries, clubs and groceries.
The apartment has it own lockable entry with own front courtyard and verandah only for guests use. Outside table and BBQ available for your use with views of Brisbane City Buildings and lights. (A picnic basket set up with all your BBQ essentials)
Two roomy modern queen sized bedrooms with large built-ins plus a set of drawers and side tables. All sheets, towels, and bedding supplied.
The Lounge Room with two lounges and a large Smart TV, DVD player and IPod. There are books are games and books for use. Internet and Netflix free for you to use.
There is a large dining room table set up with 6 chairs.
The kitchen with large fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, teas, coffees, milk, condiments and all your kitchen needs and utensils. No stove however a BBQ, Microwave, hotplates and large deep fry pan.
A modern bathroom with a large bath (ready for a bubble bath), with a separate shower, sink and a separate toilet room.
A shared separate laundry with washer, dyer, clothes line, iron and ironing board are also available for use by guests.
A baby gate and high chair will be provided for families with young travellers.
Access to the Apartment is via the front door and crimsafe screen via a key lock. Guests have their own apartment which is on the top floor of our modern and convenient house. You will either be met on arrival or provided access to entry through a key safe number.
We are very supportive hosts and guests are more than welcome to ask questions. We are also happy to make recommendations and assist where we can. You know that guests may prefer their privacy and we respect that.
A local amenities book and House Rules are provided for your convenience with brochures and information about Coorparoo and Brisbane.
There is parking on the premises in the driveway and on street parking in a quiet no through street.
One set of stairs may not be suitable for all travellers but we are happy to assist (if required)
We are close to the train line however this is reflective of the great value guests pay.
