Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort Guidelines (will be handed to you upon check-in at the front desk 300 N Atlantic Ave, Daytona Beach, FL)

1. Ocean Walk reserves the right to deny access to any persons not registered in the resort at anytime. You may be asked periodically to present your room key and/or ID to gain access to the guest elevators, floors and pool deck area.
2. Parking is limited to ONE vehicle per reservation. A valid parking pass must be displayed in the vehicle at all times or vehicle will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Vehicles parked in no parking zones and handicapped parking spaces without proper identification will be towed immediately. Trailers and Bike Pods are not allowed to park on property.
3. For the comfort of all Ocean Walk guests, excessive noise will not be tolerated in guest rooms or public areas. A courtesy warning will be issued to the unit and guests occupying the unit. A second complaint will result in ejection from property.
4. Items may not be hung from the balcony or in the hallways. Barbecue grills are not allowed on the balconies, this includes gas, charcoal and electric. It is a FELONY for anything to come off the balcony including and not limited to fireworks, and will result in immediate ejection from property. No warnings will be issued.
5. Smoking is not permitted in any units or indoor public areas of Ocean Walk Resort. A minimum fee of $150.00 will be accessed to occupants not adhering to the non smoking policy. Smoking is permitted on the pool deck and garages only.
6. Concealed weapons are not permitted on Ocean Walk property, with the exception of law enforcement personnel, this includes but is not limited to knives, switchblades and guns.
7. Proper attire is required in the lobby, restaurant and lobby bar areas. Shirts, shoes must be worn as well as cover-ups over swim attire covered.
8. Glass containers and bottles are not permitted in any of the pool deck/hot tub areas. Drinks are not permitted in any of the pools, lazy river and hot tubs, and must be maintained a minimum of 18 inches from the edges. Coolers are allowed on the pool deck, but limited to personal size that will fit under the chair.
9. The pools and spas are open from 8:15am until 12 midnight. Pool tags are required by all guests using the pool areas. Proper swim attire is required (no thongs or see thru bathing suits). If applicable, swim diapers should be used. Diapers are not permitted in any of the pools, lazy river and hot tubs.
10. For the comfort of all Ocean Walk guests, items left unattended on the pool deck for a period of 30 minutes may be tagged and/or removed and secured.

**Failure to abide by any of the above stated policies may result in immediate ejection.**


These Additional Rental Terms are hereby incorporated as part of that certain Vacation Rental Agreement (“VRA”) entered into between Vacasa LLC(“Vacasa,” “we,” or “us”) for the owner (the “Owner”) of the vacation rental property subject of the VRA (such home, the “Vacation Home”), and the renters of the Vacation Home (the primary renter, on behalf of all individuals occupying the Vacation Home with the primary renter, defined as the “Renter” or “you”). By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following Additional Terms:

Minimum Age - You certify that you are at least 21 years of age. You agree to be legally responsible for the compliance of all occupants of the Vacation Home and that any minor children are accompanied by a parent or guardian. You agree that you intend to personally occupy the Vacation Home for the full duration of the period for which you have rented this vacation home. Guests who violate this policy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments. This policy includes reservations made by parents or guardians who do not check in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay.

Valid ID - Renters may be asked to provide the id that matches the credit card on file at any time. In accordance with Florida State Chapter, reservations made under false pretense are null and void and check-in will not be allowed or guests will be asked to vacate the accommodations and the police will be notified.

Maximum Occupancy - You agree that at no time during the period you have rented the home will daytime or overnight occupancy exceed the posted maximum occupancy for this Vacation Home. Failure to conform to the occupancy requirements of the Vacation Home is a violation of the Code.

Noise and Disruptive Activity - You agree to conduct yourselves in a manner that is respectful of neighbors by, among other things, refraining from making unduly loud or unnecessary outdoor noises, holding outdoor parties, or engaging disorderly conduct or any other activity that could interfere with the quiet enjoyment of neighbors or the community. Outdoor amplified music is prohibited, as is music of any kind that is audible beyond the property line.

Vehicles and Parking - You agree to comply with all restrictions relating to the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the Vacation Home and allowed parking locations.
