Stylish and modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with fantastic views overlooking Bossa beach.


Situated directly on Bossa beach this fabulous 5th floor, front line, two bedroom apartment has a lovely bright feel to it. This is due to the light, open plan, lounge that has a comfortable seating area as well as a dining table for four. The terrace can be reached from the lounge through large, sliding glass doors. Here you’ll find wonderful views of Bossa beach and the sea as well as some more dining for four. Indeed it's possibly to sit on the terrace and witness the most amazing sunrises. For your entertainment there's a largesatellite Smart HD TV and good wi-fi.

The master bedroom has a large double bed with en-suite bathroom and sea view whilst the second bedroom has twin single beds. Please note the twin beds can be made up as a double on request. Both rooms have plenty of storage and all bed linen is provided. There are two bathrooms. The en-suite to the master bedroom has a bath and shower and the second bathroom just a shower. A good selection of towels is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including an oven, hob, grill and extractor as well as a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and cleaning utensils.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and comes with its own parking space. For your safety and security there’s an audio entry system and a safe. The building also has its own 24 hour building security.


You have full access to all areas of the apartment.


When you check in to the apartment you'll be given a number you can call 24 hours a day if you have any problems whatsoever. During business hours you can also contact us by email and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

We ask that you respect our apartment at all times during your stay. We also ask that you respect our neighbours. As such we ask that you keep all noise in the shared community areas to a minimum. We also request that you refrain from the playing of loud music and/or general unruly behaviour either in the apartment or in the grounds of the building, particularly the pool area.
Unfortunately, any serious complaints of loud noise or unruly behaviour that result in either the buildings security or the local police being called is likely to mean you will be asked to leave. No refund of any remaining days of your stay will be offered. This is a situation that we will always endeavour to avoid because it is not good for either party.

Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest’s stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any rubbish in a suitable bin bag. This will help us clean the apartment much quicker and enable us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

Check in is at 3pm or after unless by prior agreement. Check ins after 10pm will attract a €30 surcharge. Check out is at 11am, again unless there is a prior agreement.

We will have taken a damage deposit for the apartment which in the vast majority of cases is returned at the end of your stay. However we understand that accidents do occasionally happen. We would be grateful if you could please let us know when they do. In many circumstances we can fix things fairly easily and as quickly as possible. This will ensure that in the case of damage occurring the maximum amount of your damage deposit is returned. In the case that any deposit does have to be retained we will take photos of the damage and provide all receipts for any repairs or replacements.

To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when its not in use or you’re leaving the house. The planet thanks you too.

No other guests other than those agreed are allowed to stay in the apartment and its maximum capacity should not be exceeded. If you do want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’ll do what we can and accommodate wherever possible.

In order to ensure the full safety of all of our guest’s belongings, we ask you to lock all doors (including sliding glass doors) and windows when you go out. We also recommend keeping all expensive belongings in the safe provided. Whilst Ibiza is relatively safe, we want to ensure every guests stay remains problem free, and these simple suggestions will help to ensure that.

There is a choice of one, two, three, four and five bedroom Ibiza apartments to rent, mainly around the capital of the island, Ibiza town. Each one is stylishly furnished to a very high standard, comes equipped with all essentials and is fully air-conditioned. Although apartments are our speciality we do have a select few villas also available to rent.

Although the company was originally based in the UK we have now moved our head office to the United Arab Emirates. The UAE is a very business friendly country and perfectly suits our desire to expand into other territories in the future.
