Just beyond the banks of the Deschutes River, this home is conveniently locaated within three miles of the Village at Sunriver. It's easy to get around by walking or biking, with 40 miles of paved trails around the area.
Lounge outside on a beautiful deck surrounded by wide-open spaces while soaking up tons of brilliant sunshine. Enjoy a romantic evening in your privately located hot tub, or take a leisurely walk down to the river. The river-rock fireplace is the perfect place to cozy up to with a good book, and there's WiFi, AC, and cable TV. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is a gas grill outside on the deck for barbecues.
This four-bedroom, three-bath home has two master suites downstairs, each with a king bed. The other bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two sets of bunks, are upstairs. The home sleeps 10 people and has a washer and dryer.
Head to nearby Bend to explore the lava tubes and extinct volcanoes, then take a brewery tour and see why people go wild for local brews. In the winter, try some alpine skiing on the slopes of Mt. Bachelor.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
