This is a nicely decorated two-story Sunriver condo very close to the Village. It sleeps four guests and has four SHARC passes.
The beautifully updated kitchen features granite countertops and a dishwasher. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom is located just to the right of the bedroom.
The main living area is downstairs and has comfortable leather furnishings as well as a gas fireplace. The dining area is just off the kitchen which has a dining table that seats six. There are two decks at this condo. One is located off the dining room and the other off the main living room. You will see spectacular views.
The upstairs private loft has two twins and has its own bathroom with a tub and shower. The unit has an iPod docking station, WiFI, and a TV with DVD player, as well as a laundry room. The snow covered golf course and meadow are beautiful and serene in winter and offer cross country skiing just off of the deck. In the summer, enjoy watching the golfers pass by.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
