There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus room. The main living area is downstairs along with two of the bedrooms. Each bedroom features a private deck.
The first bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a queen, and they both share a hall bath. The bonus room is also downstairs and has a pool table along with two twin beds. The upstairs bedroom is a master with a king bed, private bathroom, and a balcony. The brand new hot tub is a therapeutic tub and guaranteed to relax all!
Go horseback riding, catch fresh fish in the river, or head to nearby Bend to check out their excellent breweries. In the winter, the excellent skiing at Mt. Bachelor beckons!

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
