This much in-demand location is easily walkable to the Sunriver Brewing Company and the Village at Sunriver! It's only a scenic half-mile stroll to a grocery store, restaurants, a coffee house, and more. And with the included SHARC passes, you can walk or bike along the trail for a day of aquatic fun as well!
All on one single level, you'll have a gas fireplace in the living room, a flatscreen TV, beautiful wood paneling, and a DVD player/cable for entertainment.
There's a full kitchen for meals and a gas grill out on the spacious deck. You'll even have a coffee grinder, toaster, and a blender so you can make smoothies or margaritas to enjoy at the dining table, right under the antler chandelier.
Spend your evenings relaxing in the hot tub and when it's time for bed, each bedroom has a queen-size bed. Up to four guests can stay here comfortably, and if you bring a dog, it's just a small nightly fee.
During your stay, you'll also have WiFi, a washer and a dryer, two bathrooms, and board games.
Sunriver is ideal for families and boasts 30 miles (and then some) of paved trails to explore. There are pools, hot tubs, and game courts at SHARC, horse stables, two golf courses, and much more! In winter, the slopes of Mt. Bachelor are only about 20 miles away. And if you need some city attractions, Bend is only 18 miles from your door!

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
