Located in a fabulous year-round destination, this home is about 18 miles from Bend for urban exploration, and 21 miles from Mt. Bachelor for skiing/riding, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing in the winter.
This comfortable home has WiFi, cable, a DVD player, and a private washer/dryer. Snuggle up with the remote, a bowl of popcorn, or a favorite novel while the fire crackles.
The fully stocked kitchen is open to the rest of the space, so the chef may chat with others while creating a fabulous meal. Then put the dishes in the dishwasher and head out for a swim or a soak at SHARC!
There's also a grill out front and an aspen grove out back.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is a great family retreat, couples traveling together, or a friends' weekend getaway. The master suite has a king bed, and the guest room has a queen. A sleeper sofa opens to a full-size bed for extra accommodations. A well-behaved dog may join the party, though a nightly fee per dog and a minimum fee per stay will apply.
Between golf, SHARC, bike paths, hiking, horseback riding, and skiing/riding, the only time you'll be in this charming Sunriver vacation rental is to sleep!

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
