This classic, comfortable Sunriver vacation home is located just off Circle 2, which offers quick access to paved bike trails that traverse the area. The house features four adult bikes and a child's bike for an easy ride to the newly renovated Village at Sunriver. The Village is filled with restaurants, shops and even our local ice cream and candy store. You're also minutes away from SHARC, the fabulous new aquatic center with pools, play areas, a year-round tubing hill and much more. You receive six free passes to SHARC for your stay.
You'll find all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated, one-story home that boasts 1,700 square foot. The great room living area has an inviting stone fireplace, a cathedral ceiling with skylights and large windows looking out onto a quiet cul-de-sac and a secluded forest. The living area adjoins a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which access a wraparound deck complete with a barbecue.
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this vacation home contains plenty of room for your family or a group of golf buddies. The remodeled master suite has its own private wing with a full bath, Queen bed and French doors that open to the deck. Two other sleeping areas include a queen bedroom with bath and a two-twin bedroom.

You can soak up the sun on the deck in summer and in winter, snuggle up by the fireplace or gather around the dining table for games. 1 Raccoon Lane even welcomes dogs (with a small nightly fee) - with Fido by your side, it will feel even more like home.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
