INSIDE THE CONDO
Access to the second floor above covered parking is via two flights of stairs.
Immediately on the left are the stacked Whirlpool washer and dryer behind a curtain. On the right is the kitchen, with wooden cabinets and plenty of appliances both large and small including a dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave.
Across the hall lies the 2nd bedroom, which boasts a vaulted ceiling, wooden look ceramic tile floors (also in living room and other bedroom) and queen bed. The adjoining bathroom has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
The open concept living area includes a dining area with a glass topped wicker dining table that has 4 chairs. The lounge has a leather couch, matching leather ottoman and recliner to seat 4. The couch opens out to a queen sleeper and a 32” Element TV sits on an entertainment cabinet.
High vaulted ceilings with skylights mean that the space is filled with sun, and sliding glass doors open out to a large private deck. Outside are lagoon views to one side and beach vistas to the other, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating so you can take in the scenery in comfort.
Off the living space is the master bedroom, with a queen bed and separate balcony access. Enjoy a 32” Vizio TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Outside is a swimming pool, bbq areas with picnic tables, and a private dock and pier for fishing or kayaking.
Perched on the edge of Little Lagoon, this incredible location is just steps from the lagoon and the beach, with opportunities to fish, kayak, canoe or crab to your heart’s content. If you’d rather let someone else catch the seafood, head to downtown Gulf Shores, 3.5 miles away, and take your pick of markets and eateries.
Spend a day at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo (10 minutes), enjoy water rides at Waterville (11 minutes) or just hang out at the beach. And if you’re sports-minded, or with a travelling team, you’re well positioned to enjoy the Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club, Gulf Shores Tennis Complex and Refuge Golf Club – all within a 20-minute drive – amongst others.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
