Apartment was modern and very clean. Location was great as it was close to everything. We met a lovely lady called Betty who made our stay much more enjoyable; she helped organised our trips out and ensured we got to do everything we wanted. She replied to my messages within a couple of minutes and was more than happy to go out of her way to help. I will definitely be in using Laszlo's apartment again next time. The only things I can think of which could help us in our stay, would be more cleaning products are provided so we could've ensured the apartment stayed cleanly. Also, it got very hot at night and the ceiling fan wasn't sufficient enough to keep us cool. Would definitely recommended staying here!
For 1 week in July we loved this cosy apartment. It is well equipped for 2 persons. The interior was as new looking and clean as shown in the pictures, also we enjoyed the balcony where the sun only disturbs a few hours in the morning and has a great view with the ocean in the background. I prefer the ocean so I`ve never used the pools but people seem to have fun in and around them. Parking inside was sometimes a problem only when we came back very late, around midnight, however, free public parking in the back of the hotel was easy to find close to the hotel.
Very nice apartment, with many facilities (washing machine, kitchen, iron/board etc.). The balcony is nice and has sun from rise to mid-afternoon. The location is great, right next to Siam Park (super-cool waterpark), shops (some mini-supermarkets) and the beach. Keep in mind though that the more beautiful beaches are a walk (Las Vistas) or even drive (Las Teresitas) away. We rented a car, which we could easily park at the hotel for free, and made some trips up north (Agana, Santa Cruz, Puerto de la Cruz). This is something we really recommend doing. The apartment is situated in a more quiet area, just outside the buzz of Playa de las Americas. Luckily the apartment has nothing to do with the (very outdated) aparthotel Ponderosa in which it is situated, but keep that in mind though! We reccomend to get some groceries at the supermarket and have breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun. You can use the full-on kitchen (there's even a toaster and a stovetop espresso-maker available). For diner we recommend going out; there are some nice places at Costa Adeje (grand maison) and Playa de las Americas (Gula). If you are looking for places that cater more to Canarians, we recommend to head out to Santa Cruz or La Laguna. Lastly the contact with Laszlo & Anna was great, they reacted almost immediately to our questions and made sure we had a great stay (they weren't in the area at the time, so their friend Betty gave us a warm welcome). Overall, this apartment is very much recommended.
