Come enjoy Central Oregon while enjoying the authentic charm of this Old Mill home with mountain views perched above the Old Mill District. You're within biking distance to all the shops, restaurants and theater in the Old Mill District.
There are three well appointed bedrooms and two-and-a-half-baths all on one level. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, a master suite with a king bed and sofa trundle. A den offers two sets of twin bunks. The living room is also home to a lovely tuned piano for added entertainment.
The home is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, as well as, high speed WiFi throughout. The TV offers cable channels, but has a new smart TV where by you can access your own Netflix or Pandora accounts.
The comfy turquoise sofas are so fun and bright. The gas fireplace with blower warms the living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything including the basic spices to prepare a gourmet meal.
Although the home backs Bend's new parkway, you'd never know that once inside. The private cul-d-sac location is ideally located to conveniently explore all that the Greater Bend area offers. There is a new wheelchair ramp to the front door if needed (and is a wonderful asset for those in need, yet not to ADA standards due to the slope and lack of a few feet in distance.) There is also a new storage shed behind the garage available to keep your bikes, skis, snowboards or any other equipment you may have (just be sure to bring your own lock).
The landscaped yard is lovely and is a great place to enjoy an evening beverage on the patio in the backyard with lava rock fireplace (wood not provided as the tall juniper tree is so close, the owners would prefer a very small fire or guests to use presto logs.)

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
