Ian and Austin were awesome hosts. They checked in with us well in advance to let us know about check in and super flexible about our check out. Their flat has tons of space and perfect for feeling like we were living like locals. As soon as you walk out the door you are right in the midst of the local shops and restaurants and steps from Primrose Hill - exactly what we wanted! Thanks for a great stay - would love to come back soon!
Fantastic location in the heart of Primrose Hill.
Absolutely amazing location on Primrose Hill have the street. An abundance of space and light with a large living room and eat in kitchen and two bathrooms upstairs. Communication with Ian and Austin was lightning fast. Check in was seamless and the flat was spotless when we arrived. We felt the flat itself was in need of some very minor upkeep (damp patches around pipes on walls, draughty windows, missing blind on a window in living room, and it all just felt a bit "sparse") - but you cannot beat the location, and for that alone I would definitely recommend to friends visiting the area again!

The ground floor of the property houses the excellent British restaurant, Odette's. There is another apartment on the first floor with this apartment situated on the second and third floor of the converted Victorian building. Please note there is no lift in this property.
For the comfort of our future guests, we have a strict no smoking policy in the property which includes smoking out of the windows. If you wish to smoke please go down to the street, being considerate of the diners in the restaurant and our neighbours. Please also keep the noise down in the communal areas of the building (the stairways).
