Seneca and Cherokee parks are two of the most beautiful parks in the city, with great paved and dirt trails that are great for walking, running, and mountain biking. Cherokee park was designed by Fredrick Law Olmsted, known best for designing Central Park in NYC.

The baptist college occupies 100 acres and was also designed by the Frederick Law Olmsted. The grounds of the campus are peaceful and beautiful. It's a hidden jewel and a terrific place for a walk or to enjoy a cup of coffee from the Starbucks on campus. The campus contains ten academic and residential buildings in Georgian architecture.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The downstairs apartment has a private entrance, laundry, living area with a TV, refrigerator, full bath, and a bedroom with a king size bed and a large closet. There is off-street parking in the back of the house, and the private entrance is off the back yard.
The kitchen is upstairs in the shared space of the house. It is open for guest use, but please let me know if you plan on using it during your trip.
Me and my fiance will respect your privacy while you are in the downstairs apartment. If you need anything, or have any questions about fun stuff to do in the area, we'll be happy to help.
We do have two dogs who have a dog door leading out to the back yard. They are well-behaved, but are extremely friendly and playful, so they will want to say hello. We keep the place tidy, and vacuum regularly. If you don't like dogs, or have a dog allergy then please do not book.
- There is a refridgerator downstairs, but the kitchen is located upstairs in the shared space of the house. Please let me know if you plan on cooking.
