Owners is not responsible for parking/or your car, please don't leave personal things in your car. Please don't block drive way, it's for check in & out only (max. 15min).

Duplex is 1/2 blocks away from Fly Bar, Tsunami Rest, Cafe Abir, & wine bars. Within a few blocks from farmer's market (on Sunday), NOPA & Bar Crudo Rests. Local grocery stores is 1/2 block.

Independent, SF Opera House, SF Symphony, & Movie Theaters on Vanness.
6 min drive to Chrissy Field: Beach, windsurf, or sailing with spectacular view of Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito, & Alcatraz

- No smoking /drugs inside house, Smoking are permits outside in front of bdlg, please dispose cigarettes in a container.
Violations of the above will be forfeit some security deposit and initiate immediate eviction.
- Prior notice is required for any business meetings during the day, non airbnb guests, over night, & guest's fees applies.
-Please don't move furniture around
- Common areas is for registered guests only (if is available).
-Prior arrival date please provide name, phone# of all airbnb guests, & sign a waiver of liability contract, form will be e mail to you.
-You & the guests releases owners/manager from any
liability and/or claim for personal injury, property damage, or death that may arise from guest's use of the facility/flat
-Checking in at 3:00 pm & Check out at 11 am
-Owners can access the flat at any time for repairs & pick up mails with prior notice .

I enjoy swimming, my dog, dining, wine, arts, & theaters. I like a nice long walks with my 8lb dog at park or the beach. My passions are dogs, swimming, cooking, and volunteer work through St Agnes Church for a temporary shelter. I studied in Accounting and IT, currently I work in Real Estate. l enjoyed working with clients and making new friends. I grew up in Manhattan, NYC, and now SF is my home sweet home for the last 10 years. ;)
