Comprising a spacious living space/kitchen, large bedroom/office space and immaculate bathroom.
Located only a 3-minute walk from Walthamstow Central underground station (Victoria Line), our apartment is superbly connected with fantastic transport links on the doorstep.
Spacious 1st floor apartment with high ceilings, huge windows, real oak floors and underfloor heating. The building was formerly a 1960's office block, which was converted into apartments in 2015.
The space is perfect for a couple or solo traveller.
There is a modern bathroom with a warm, powerful shower. Although set in the bedroom, it is located beneath the sleeping platform so accessing the bathroom should not disturb those sleeping above.
The kitchen is very well equipped with high-spec appliances, including:
- Oven and induction hob
- Coffee machine and kettle
The living space has a large, comfy L-shaped sofa, large dinning table, projector with Sky+ and hdmi extension should you want to any your phone to watch Netflix or movies. Range of books and records guests are welcome to enjoy during their stay.
The large, bright bedroom has an office area and sleeping platform, accessed by a solid oak staircase. The bed comprises a super comfortable mattress sat upon a 26 slat sprung bed-base, providing a cosy and comfortable nights sleep.
Please note - there is no lift in the building and guests will need to walk up 2 short sets of steps to reach the flat.
Cleaning - the flat is professionally cleaned before each stay.
The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, smoothie maker and other kitchen-type gadgetry. There are also condiments in the fridge and all the spices you need in the cupboard if you feel like cooking.
Help yourself to tea and coffee.
Iron and ironing board plus hairdryer available in the apartment.
Always happy to help over the phone or email, but won't actually be around during your stay. I will meet you at check-in if I'm in town. Alternatively, a very lovely friend will greet you at check-in. They live nearby should there be an emergency.
There is still some ongoing finishing work in the building on a higher and lower floors. There is minimum disturbance and the communal areas are kept clean continuously.
Please remember this is our home so please behave as you would in your own home.
No guests other than those mentioned.

No food and drink in the bedroom please (except water)
No smoking in the flat or communal areas
No disrupting the neighbours - no loud music or loud talking in communal areas at unsociable hours, please contact us directly if you have any questions rather than ask neighbours.
