Our place is located in BKK1, an expat neighborhood and very near Independent Monument, Hun Sen Park and other tourist areas. It is walking distance to BKK Market and Pastuer Street where popular cafes and restaurants and other great places to hang-out in Phnom Penh.
You will love the space you have in our place, it is around 60 square meters with spacious bedrooms and quiet neighborhood. We have our own security guard 24/7 and a place to park your moto or bike in case you rent one.
It is 2 bedrooms with spacious rooms.
Parking, roof deck, common areas.
The rate includes electricity but we strictly implement the rule of turning off the AC and checking if all faucets are closed policy. Electricity is very expensive in Phnom Penh and we only allow up to 15 kwph consumption per day and will charge $0.25/kwph for guests consuming more electricity. The 15kwph consumption is enough to run 2 ACs during the evening and 1 AC during daytime.
I'm a Filipina living with my family in Phnom Penh. I love to read, travel and most of all cycle. I ride the bike with my husband as often as possible. I love meeting people and learning about different cultures. For me traveling is not really about the place, but about the people you meet and the experience you have with them. Traveling also teaches you a lot about being mindful and appreciating the little things in life. And you realize that its actually what matters. The present moment and the little things!
