Here's your chance to have an AMAZING and FUN time in Bushwick, Brooklyn!!! You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the close distance to J/M/L trains, relaxed vibe, my very friendly, down-to-earth, and creative neighbors, the cafes, restaurants, street art, unique events, and performances close to my home, my modern-ish kitchen, my very cute cat, and my excellent hosting!! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
This is a completely private room with a door that closes and locks. Please take care with the lock on the door handle and always have the door unlocked when you are leaving the room.
If you accidentally lock yourself out of the room (that is, lock the door from the inside and accidentally shut the door with you on the outside), please know that you will be responsible for getting the door unlocked (which may mean calling a locksmith...)!
This room is in a large 1100 square foot apartment. Most of the rooms are located off a hallway so the rooms are quiet and separate from each other.
However, the apt. is in NYC and some guests are sensitive to noise from the neighbors walking around in the upstairs apt. If you are sensitive to noise, please bring earplugs with you! I can also provide earplugs but you may want to bring your own if you have a preference to what type of earplugs you like to use.
Living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. Coffee and tea will be provided and you are welcome to store your own food items in the refrigerator and cook in the kitchen.
There is a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, regular stove and oven, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. for you to use!
In the living room, feel free to watch TV, use the DVD player, and listen to the stereo if you like!
You are welcome to hang out in the dining room and living room, these are communal spaces :-).
Depending on my schedule, I may be able to socialize with you. If I'm on a work deadline and do not have time to socialize, I am happy to at least provide a subway map, information, and other types of support!
There is one cat who also lives in the apartment (in case you have severe allergies to cat fur...). I do vacuum the apt. often.
Great street parking right in front of my home day and night!!!
If you book for more than 28 days, I will ask that you sign a sublet agreement with me.
- No shoes in the apartment. Slippers available for use, or you can walk around in socks in the apartment.
- Bringing folks into the home who are not official guests must be discussed with host first.
- No smoking in the apartment, however, smoking is permitted in the front landing at entrance to the apartment.
- Please do not let the cat out of the apartment.
- For bookings longer than 28 days, the guest(s) will need to sign a sublet agreement with me.
- Please leave the porch light on outside in the evening and lock the front door when you leave or after you enter the apartment.
