INSIDE THE HOME
After you park beneath the house (there’s space for 4 vehicles), feel the breeze off the bay as you take the stairs to the first floor.
Enter through the main door, where you’ll find tile floors and high ceilings that extend throughout the main living areas. To your left is the office whose sleeping chair, ceiling fan, and 32” TV with DVD player make it ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Across the hall is the first-floor bedroom, which, like the three upstairs, offers a queen bed, TV, and plenty of storage. An en suite bathroom with shower and marble vanity also connects to the hall.
Continue down the hall to the spacious kitchen, which features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, including a 5-burner electric stove with double ovens, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and mounted microwave.
The kitchen opens into a dining area where 6 can enjoy a meal, with additional space for 2 to share coffee at a granite breakfast bar.
This flows seamlessly into the welcoming living area, with seating for 6 (including a queen-size sleeper sofa) and a 60” TV with DVD player.
A large screened porch, accessible from the dining area or living room, is just the place to enjoy a drink while looking out at the bay. With wicker seating for 5 and a swing that holds 2, there’s room for everyone.
Take the stairs by the living room to the second floor to find the master suite featuring a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, soaking tub, and dual sinks. A screened balcony with water views, hammock, and swing offers a quiet retreat.
The balcony also connects to one of two additional queen bedrooms, which share a bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination and a marble vanity. A full-size washer and dryer complete the upstairs.
This quiet bay-front home is tucked away in beautiful Bay Gardens, just off State Hwy 180. Only minutes from the Gulf Shores public beaches, the home is within a short distance (2 miles) of the beach at Mobile St (parking available).
The Peninsula Golf Course is only a 2-minute drive, and Kiva Dunes Golf Course, the Beach Club, and the Ft. Morgan Marina are all within 5 minutes. Eat at Tacky Jacks on the bay (15 minutes), or catch a charter fishing trip.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
