We have a lovely, quiet suite in our home in a small town in the Okanagan Valley. It is a one-bedroom with queen-size bed, access to laundry facilities, kitchen and living area. Pull-out sofa in the living room would suit family with up to 2 small children. Separate entrance with small patio out front. Includes wifi. There is no cable. We are 5 minutes drive to the beach, a 10 minute walk to downtown. Attractions include biking, winery-touring, BEACHES, boating, etc. We are a 15 minute drive to the city of Penticton, and 45 minutes to Kelowna, B.C. Great base to enjoy some Okanagan sunshine. Go to the various beaches, bike the KVR or take a local train ride. If you are here in winter, we are 45 minutes away from the awesome ski hill of Apex Resort. This is a pet-friendly home but PRIOR APPROVAL is required. Pets cannot be left unaccompanied in suite.
Guests have access to laundry facilities and small patio. There is a small BBQ. Parking is on the street.
We love meeting new guests and telling them about all the fun things to do and cool places to go in the area. Then we let them have their privacy. We are available whenever they have questions or want to chat. Nice to meet when guests arrive and say goodbye at the end of their stay.
When you arrive to our home, please double-check the address given on the site, as sometimes people using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps have been directed next door to our neighbour's house. Our address is in clearly indicated on a pole in front of our home.
Lost key fee of $25 will be deducted from the damage deposit if the key is missing upon departure. Number in party must not exceed 4 persons (all members of Renter’s family). No smoking is permitted inside Rental property. Home Owners have a zero tolerance policy for any parties or excessive noise. Owners of the property have the right to evict any guest and party and all deposits would be considered earned and therefore retained by property owner. Renter is expected to complete the cleaning requirements, prior to vacating premises. These requirements include washing and putting away all dishes, leaving accommodations organized and tidy, and emptying all garbage into containers in front yard. Please remember that the damage deposit will be applied to the cost of additional cleaning, if needed, at a fee of $30 per hour.
