As guests, you are required to follow all rules and regulations to not disturb anyone who lives near and around you, playing loud music, having loud visitors and drinking alcohol outside your apartment.
Guests may not behave in a way or use language that might unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of another Owners or Occupiers.
Guests must not smoke cigarettes, cigars or pipes while in the apartment or on Common Property.
All rubbish must be disposed of using the garbage chute or recycling bins in basement level one.
