•Green rubbish bins should be put out Monday night in Webster St
•If you choose to use the BBQ during your stay, please ensure you clean it thoroughly. A cleaning fee will be charged if the BBQ is left dirty.
•Strictly no parties and no animals in the house
•Please ensure any dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher start the dishwasher before you leave the house
•Please put all rubbish and recycling in the green bins outside
•You are welcome to leave the key in the basket with the information folder in it.
