Meadow Views at Misty Meadows, is a modern style ground floor annexe accommodation that sleeps up to 4 people,with views over the paddocks. Located in Longham, close to many local pubs, family-friendly activities, and only 15 minutes from the nearby blue flag beaches & The Beautiful New Forest. The location is countryside but close enough to amenities.The annexe is located within the grounds of Misty Meadows
Meadow Views at Misty Meadows, is a modern style ground floor accommodation that sleeps up to 4 people, with views over the paddocks.
Meadow Views (the annexe) is located within the grounds of Misty Meadows but is a completely separate private dwelling.
The accommodation comprises open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, modern bathroom with shower cubicle, master bedroom with king size bed and double bedroom with twin 2'6" beds which can be zipped together for a super king size bed if required.
*NEW* for 2017 is a conservatory from the 2nd bedroom which opens up onto the rear enclosed private garden.
Our price is for self catering accommodation, we provide linen and towels, and essentials such as Tea, Coffee, & Milk etc. for your stay.
FREE WIFI is provided throughout the property.
The welcome folder in the property contains lots of useful info like nearest shops, cafes, recommended restaurants and bars, taxi numbers and tourist attractions.
We can provide a travel cot & high chair on request for infants, please just contact us 48 hours before your stay to request this.
Meadow Views has 2 private parking spaces. There is additional parking within the grounds if required.
Our guests also have access to a large grassed communal area to the front of the property, as well as their own private back garden off the back of the property.
You are renting the whole property so all spaces within Meadow Views are accessible.
My property is within the grounds of Meadow Views, and I am available when needed. However I like to give my guests their own space so I keep myself to myself unless I'm needed for anything, then I can be contacted by mobile telephone/landline or in person.
As it countryside location, If you are arriving after dark, please let me know so I can ensure the lights are left on for you at the property.
-Strictly no smoking allowed inside the property
-No parties or events at this property
-Guests are obliged to inform & compensate the owner for any damages caused
-If guest brings in people to stay who are not included on reservation, their reservation is subject to immediate termination and forfeiture of all fees paid. Please be honest on your booking and state the number of guests which are staying
-We do not accept bookings from filming students or any kind of filming to take place at the property
-Please respect the house and keep noise levels to a minimum in evening as my property is next door and other holiday homes
-Pets allowed to stay in the property, but not to go on the furniture or beds please
-Any dog mess in the garden to be cleaned up each time please.
-We would appreciate if shoes were removed when on carpet areas in the property
- Check in is from 3pm on arrival date, strictly 10am check out (unless agreed in advance)
I'm Victoria, I was born in Bristol, and move to Dorset when i was 14 years old with my parents.
I love Dorset and what this area has to offer, with its blue flag beaches, jarassic coast and the wonderful new forest with array of wild animals.
Now that my children are all grown up, and it is now just myself, husband, my two cats and dogs, I have decided to downside our home and open up our outbuildings as holiday homes to let others come and explore this beautiful area.
