Ample parking for ski boats, caravans and trailers. Fully furnished, aircon/heating, kitchen, BBQ and outdoor area. Only 10 minutes from beautiful Lake Nagambie and all the water sports it has to offer. Alternatively, explore bush trails, the historic Tabilk and Mitchelltown wineries, or the many fishing spots along the Goulburn river.

We are happy to interact with you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, or leave you to your privacy. We can introduce you to farm living, catch yabbies’ or fish in our dam or feeding animals.
During non-fire seasons we can make a camp fire for you to cook on (camp ovens available), roast potatoes or just chill-out under the stars while the night pass by.
For an additional cost we can cook a spit to feed a hungry army (7 days notice required).
You will be staying in the country and need to appreciate you will be sharing your space with wild animals. Kangaroos are cute, but they must not be cornered or touched – they will attack if threatened. Snakes, while not prevalent, are around and you must respect their space during summer periods. Carefully monitoring children is critical.
The Airbnb member who makes the booking, MUST be one of the guests. You cannot book for others.
All children MUST be supervised at all times, this is a working farm and children must not play on farm equipment.
NO pets are allowed indoors, dogs are to be restrained and no cats are allowed at all.
There is to be no smoking inside the cottage.
Please do not move the furniture around - beds/couches etc.
We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and that includes providing a quality dwelling with all the furniture and fittings required – please respect our facility and leave it clean and tidy when you leave. Rubbish bins are provided for your use. You must notify us of any accidental damage or breakages immediately.
Please respect our local wildlife as wild animals can be dangerous (snakes may be around over summer).
Off-road moto bikes, quads or unregistered cars are NOT to be brought onto the property.
In the country water is precious and water saving behaviours are highly encouraged.
Bushfires are always a risk and we request all guests abide by local fire restrictions.
LOW KEY events or parties are permitted, but must be negotiated BEFORE confirmation, all visitors must be organised prior to their arrival or they will be refused entry.
