In addition to the neighborhood perks, the home is close to a yoga studio as well as lakefront paths, restaurants, and grocery stores. Nearby Al Tahoe Boulevard has a bike lane and is relatively flat.
Besides the south-facing deck and balcony on which you can socialize with loved ones or sit quietly with your morning coffee, there's an enclosed yard so that the kids can wander freely.
Inside you'll find a living room naturally lit by day through the floor-to-ceiling windows, while the wood-burning fireplace will keep you feeling extra cozy after a ski day. Doze off on the couch while the flatscreen TV plays or stay up and play card games on the dining table.
In the morning, you'll be able to make breakfast favorites in the well-equipped kitchen and clean up easily with the dishwasher.
Pick a spot to sleep the night away in one of the three bedrooms. Upstairs is the romantic master with a king bed and balcony access. Downstairs is one room with two twin beds and another with a queen bed and a futon. The living room has a pull-out couch. Lake Tahoe has a 24 hour noise ordinance with quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep noise and music levels to a minimum. Violations of this ordinance can carry fines up to $2,000.00 as well as possible eviction without refund. Please note that this ordinance is strictly enforced. Do not exceed tenant occupancy or maximum allowable vehicle parking as posted at the home you have rented. When parking, ensure that you are not blocking access to neighboring homes or trash receptacles. Do not leave trash outside unless secured in the bear box in order to protect our local wildlife and avoid associated fines.
