Our home will be the perfect home for you and your group to relax and kick back after your day of vacation fun in our beautiful Charleston. It is a spacious 2 story end unit townhome. We are located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to beautiful parks, restaurants, Plantations, shopping, downtown Charleston, beaches, culture, art, golf courses and the airport. A perfect vacation home for mid size groups, families with children, couples, business travelers and solos.
This house is great for mid size groups. The home is close to everything that award winning Charleston has to offer.
This house is five minutes from Daniel Island, Blackbaud Stadium, Volvo Tennis Stadium, I-526, and Park Circle; 15-20 minutes from Mount Pleasant, Sullivans Island beach, Isle of Palms beach; 40 minutes from Folly Beach, Kiawah and Seabrook Island.
Be sure to visit Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant. You wil find great restaurants, a beautiful walking pier, fishing, kayaking, and dolphin sightings as a bonus!
Historic downtown Charleston is a 20 minute ride. Golf courses are just 20 minutes away as well as Historic Plantations.
Daniel Island is 5 minutes away where there are beautiful walking trails, parks, boutique shops, restaurants and a Publix Market for groceries.
Plenty of games for you and your family to enjoy for a night in, and a TV/Apple TV, DVD player in the living room to watch while relaxing after a day of play.
The home has 3 Full Bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The Master bedroom is on the first floor and features a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, TV/BluRay player, closet and attached bathroom. The upstairs bedroom on the right has two windows, a ceiling fan, closet, TV/DVD and a queen sized bed. The bedroom on the left has one window, a ceiling fan, a queen sized bed and a walk in closet. There is a large loft upstairs and a full bathroom with tub and shower.
All cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses including cocktail and wine, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, linens, and beach towels.
The washer and dryer are located behind bi-fold doors by the kitchen. Laundry detergent is included for your convenience.
You are welcome to use the wine refrigerator and ipod dock located in the dining room.
We also have a child's booster seat with tray (for eating) if needed along with a child size table with 2 chairs. A pack 'n play and a high rise queen size airbed is available if needed...plenty of room to accommodate a family/families with children.
The house is stocked with the proper necessities needed for your stay to make you feel like you are in your own home.
Enjoy our screen porch for coffee in the morning, reading, and a refreshment in the evening.
You are welcome to use the entire home with the exception of one of the closets in the Master Bedroom and the garage that will be locked.
You may park on the driveway and in the guest parking spots that are marked. They are located by the mailboxes next to the pool and by the mailboxes on Bryce Court (down the street). Please do not park on lawns. Trash is located behind the white fence to the left of our screen porch in the green bin marked 241 so please empty the trash in there. Trash comes early Friday morning so please put green trash can in the street at the front left side of our home on Thursday evening and bring trash can back to the house by Friday evening.
Beach Chairs are located on the screen porch. Full access to entire property and amenities. Pool pass included in rental. Note: we get charged $50.00 for a lost pool key so please keep track of it. Thanks!
We are happy to accommodate guests with special requests and or assistance of any kind. We are happy to respond to any and all questions within minutes of your question/s. Our goal is to make you feel happy and comfortable in our home for your stay.
-No pets allowed.
-Note to parents of young children: We have an open staircase to the second level.
- Treat the property as you would like your property to be treated.
- Please do not bring trailers or campers and park them in the neighborhood. Our HOA does not allow for such vehicles/homes to be stored in parking spaces.
- When leaving for the day, please make sure to adjust the thermostats to 78 degrees F to reduce the environmental impacts. Check in can be flexible and check out must be at or before 11 AM on the day it's scheduled unless prior arrangements have been made and accepted by the owners.
