The house is a short walk to Sandycove Beach, Dalkey and Glasthule villages. There is an excellent selection of amenities close by including many bars, restaurants and boutiques. The coastal setting is ideal for for walks along the seafront or swimming in the famous 40 foot. The local DART Train Station only a short walk away, with trains running into the city centre every 12 minutes. The house has real wow factor with lots indoor light, a wonderful South West facing rear garden and patio area.
