Great for every age: Roller coaster, rides, jungle gym, go carts, glowing the dark minature golf, etc. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away and miles of boardwalk for strolling, biking, and blading. Terms — You may forfeit your deposit or a portion of it for any of the following reasons
1.Failure to depart by 10:00 AM may result in additional charges
2.Additional guests exceeding your confirmed number
3.No Pets: animals present on property will result in immediate eviction with no refunds
4.No parties, excessive noise, or irresponsible activity. $200.00 fine if complaint by neighbor. Noise Control and Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
5.No subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated
6.Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference
7.Guests agree to take property as is and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned before each occupancy and is in good condition. Guests to provide paper products.
8.Guest agrees to adhere to any house rules posted
9.Kitchen, baths, and floors thoroughly cleaned, trash deposited in outside black bins, recyclables in blue bin, linen laundered and stacked on bed(s) before departure (unless cleaning fee is paid in advance)
10.Property must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed.
11.No smoking inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted.
12.I have read and understand company policies (found on the website or in paper form)
13.Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals.
14.If property is left damaged your security deposit will be assessed via AirBNB.
