Pembroke cottage is probably one of the most magical places you could ever stay. It is our treasured family holiday home and for the first time we are opening up a few dates in 2017 for others to enjoy it. The cottage itself has 2/3 bedrooms and a further one bedroom annex provides perfect secondary accommodation for grandparents or older children. Panoramic sea views from nearly every window and an acre of stunning gardens overlooking the famous Salthouse salt marshes. Extras include Bell Tent.
Sleeping arrangements at Pembroke are as flexible as you need them to be. Just get in touch to discuss the various sofa beds and room options. If you have smaller kids the main house is the perfect family retreat with everything you could need for children and babies of all ages. If you have older kids or grandparents in your group you can also book the annex which is just a couple of steps away and provides a tranquil peaceful getaway for anyone lucky enough to have it. For the teenagers in the group there is a PS4 hidden away in the cupboards. If you would like the annex as well please mention when booking as there is an extra charge dependant on individuals needs. Please note there is not a kitchen in the annex but there is a coffee bar.
Also available as an extra is our gorgeous Bell Tent. It can be pitched in the garden to supply extra space for more guests. These lucky visitors get to take advantage of the cool outdoor loo and shower.. where you can shower while looking out to sea!
Life at Pembroke is mostly all about the outdoor space. With nearly an acre of gorgeous gardens, a trampoline for the kids and sun loungers and hammock spots looking out to sea. You will never want to leave.
Access is off the coast road next door to the Dun Cow pub, there is parking for several cars. The postcode is nr25 7xe and our drive way is in between Cley Corner Cottage and the Dun Cow pub. Drive to the end of the drive and park in front of the 5 bar gates
I am always available on the phone for anything you need.
Guests have access to the whole house but we do keep our things in there which we try our best to lock away out of sight.
Worth mentioning for really small guests who are in the crawling stage the bunks and the stairs could be slightly worrying for you. We have had 3 small kids who have all survived but nether the less it's something I should mention. Stair gates are slightly tricky due to the shape of the stairs but it is possible to shut the stairs off. Get in touch to discuss.
We would love the house to stay as clean as you would expect to find it, so please therefore we must insist no shoes, drinks or food upstairs.
We are a young family with 3 wonderful children and a dog called Thomas. Jason runs his own online marketing company while Jody looks after the home and children and runs the family property business. We love long walks in the country, days at the beach and hanging out with friends and family.
