Water and Septic. The property is on a well and septic system. The septic will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $1,000.00.
Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on Boyne City Rd. is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
We do not permit towels, linens, household go,m;lod to be taken from the unit.
Fireplace: The fireplaces are disconnected from the gas service. Please don’t attempt to use; they do not work.
Fire pit: Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials, other than clean non-treated wood in the fire pit. Do not leave the fire pit unattended while there is sign of flame or hot coals. Extinguish all fame/coals prior to leaving the fire pit area. Use Fire pit at your own risk.
Noise: Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quite hours start at 11:30pm. Guests shall not create a nuisance which includes but is not limited to loud noises from horns, sirens, whistles, bells, musical instruments, mechanical or electronic devices including radios, CD players televisions, yelling, shouting or other wise disturb the quiet, comfort, repose of a reasonable person of normal sensitivities. The neighbors will contact us and we will contact you if there is excess noise past 11:30pm.
Garbage: 2 dumpster totes have been provided for your use. They are collected weekly on Thursday morning and must be to the curb by Wednesday evening. A fee of $25 per additional trash bag will be collected if you have more garbage than the two dumpster totes allow.
