This luxury retreat is nestled between two rivers—where the iconic Methow meets the grand Columbia—in the heart of the sleepy town of Pateros. Wake up each morning and enjoy hot coffee on a private deck with a spectacular waterfront view.
The guesthouse is newly furnished with brand-new bedding, vaulted ceilings, large windows filling the home with natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, induction cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer and granite countertops.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire top floor (four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, 2500 square feet). The master suite houses a king bed with an attached master bath bathroom that includes double sinks and a large, wheelchair-accessible shower.
Washer and dryer are available for guests booking three nights or longer.
The property adjoins a splash pad—a real treat for kids in the summer—and the entire property is directly across the street from the Pateros Community Park. Enjoy unparalleled views of the hydroplane races and Apple Pie Jamboree from your private deck.
With access to community docks and a boat launch, it’s the ideal getaway for Columbia salmon fisherman or Methow trout fisherman seeking a home away from home. Methow Valley trails abound for our hikers, nature lovers, and cross-country skiers.
The guesthouse is just a short distance from beautiful Lake Chelan, for those who want to visit but prefer to escape the bustle of vacationing crowds. It’s the ultimate location for golfing families and friends looking to enjoy the Alta Lake Golf Resort (an 8-minute drive west), the world class Gamble Sands course (a 15-minute drive north) and Chelan’s Bear Mountain Ranch course (a 25-minute drive south).
We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and are available to assist with any needs you may have. We also welcome your suggestions, as we are brand new to the world of AirBnB. We strive to be as transparent as possible about our property, and to exceed your expectations as our guest.
- Guests are invited to enjoy the entire top floor of the house, but are asked to be respectful of the property, and to treat it as if it were their own. The bottom floor is a commercial space occupied by our two private businesses, which are not included in the rental space. You can’t hear us, but we can hear you during business hours, Monday through Friday. We love little munchkins (we have nine between the four of us!) but we ask for no running or jumping between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday, and that guests remove their shoes at all times.
A. PROPERTY. Keep the property, furnishings and appliances in good order and use only for intended purposes.
B. NO SMOKING.
C. NO PETS ON PREMISES, NO EXCEPTIONS. We comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to service animals. Service animals are working animals, not pets. Dogs whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA. We work to help those with disabilities, and we believe it hurts the disabled if others falsely claim their dog is a service animal.

Overnight and weekend parking for up to four vehicles is available on the property. RV, Boat and overflow parking must be explicitly agreed to by the Manager and arranged in advance. Guests are responsible for any damages due to incorrect use of the appliances, or to special cleaning that may be required due to guest use.
J. FISH-CLEANING is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
K. SHOES OFF. Guest must not wear shoes inside the home at any time. Shoes and outside dirt damage carpet fibers and floors. Store shoes, wet coats, skis, and snow shoes in the entryway on the first floor, not on the second floor.
L. TEMPERATURE CONTROL. Windows and doors must be kept closed at any time the air conditioning and heating systems are actively working to cool/heat the house. I was born and raised in Brewster, but left to seek fame and fortune, only to realize that the riches I sought were here all along. Most of my family still lives here, and my husband and I are raising three (soon to be four!) awesome kids.
I love the smell of ripening apples in the fall, long play days on the river, and waking up every morning to the same familiar mountains I grew up climbing.
I hope you enjoy this little valley as much as I do. I want you to love your experience in Pateros, and to wow you with our clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations. I love meeting new guests from all walks of life!
