Every confirmed reservation requires a security deposit from PHP 5,000 to 30, 000 depend on the number of nights stay.
For monthly or yearly stay- a written contract will be given.
We do not provide parking space, but there is available parking within Venice Piazza Mall with the charge of 4$ or 150 pesos per day.
Nearest laundry shop is also available (around 5 mins walk from the unit)
If you want to unwind and find more dining and drinking options, you can also check the bars and restaurants in Tuscanny Estates, a few minutes walk to coffee shops, pastry and bakeshop, spa, and Korean store.
Our personal favorite includes:
- a bar called SAUCERIA
- a cafe-library called Books and Boarders, where you you can sip a coffee while reading books.
- a Mexican restaurant
Security deposit has to be provided upon arrival depending on the length of stay.
The guest shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The guest shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the agreement.
Please turn off the Aircon and all appliances while outside the unit and when not in use.
Make sure to wash and clean the plates/utensils after used.
No smoking and no pets allowed in the unit.
Personal essentials such as shampoo/ soap, toothbrush/ toothpaste/ dish washing soap/ liquid will not be provided. Please buy or bring your own.
No cooking/heating of aromatic food.
There should be no more than 2(two) persons reside or sleep on the premises as agreed upon reservations. If there are additional persons to be accommodated, please inform us. This is subject for approval and additional charges.
Take care of all the furniture and appliances.
No parties and no loud noises inside the unit.
For long-term guests (refer to the monthly rates). The rates offered do not include utility bills (such as water/ electricity). This will be charged separately upon your consumption.
Only confirmed guests are allowed to use the amenities like the pool, gym.
Please return the unit in the same physical condition as it was upon check-in.
