The apartment is on the top floor of residence La Ginabelle directly opposite Place du Mont Blanc
The central feature of the apartment is the open plan kitchen, dining & lounge area which is both spacious and cosy, giving you a warm chalet feel. There is also an entertain corner with lounges, TV, DVD. The balcony running off the lounge area has great views down the valley which take in Brevent, Aiguille du Gouter and the magnificent alpine sunsets.
There are 2 bedrooms both double beds sleeping 4, the mezzanine has 2 single beds as well as a couple fo extra mattresses- just in case - and is perfect for overflow guests and as a children play area.
The apartment is serviced by elevator and has an underground car park (max height 1.9m). This is a high quality apartment in a fantastic location and perfect for guest wanting easy access to Chamonix town and the activities available in the valley.
We live in Chamonix and will meet you on arrival to help you get settled in and answer any questions. To make your holiday run smoother we are able to get you lift passes, arrange activities, mountain guides and ski school (all at no extra charge) We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
During high season this property has a 7 night minimum stay, usually Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to have a flexible stay - weekend, midweek, over 7 nights or spilt weeks - then please contact us and if the dates are available we will send you a quote.
Normal check out is 10am and check in is 5pm however we are flexible on this as long as we can accommodate your request. Contact us to confirm.

We take a damage deposit upon arrival of 1000 Euros via credit card. It is a pre-approval system so no funds are actually put on your card.
Arrival after 8pm will incur a 20 Euros charge
Arrivals after 11pm will incur a 50 Euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight can't be guaranteed without prior notice.
These charges are to be paid upon arrival in resort.
Throughout peak season we have a 7 night minimum stay and may also have fixed changeover-days. Please contact with your request and we will endeavour to find a solution to your travel dates!
