Inside the apartment there’s a spacious bedroom, cozy sitting room, 4 piece bathroom and full kitchen. The antique double bed has a new high quality mattress and 100% cotton linens. Large windows look onto a street full of mature trees. A cozy sitting room contains a 5 foot couch for relaxing. Along the hall is a clean 4 piece bathroom. A well equipped eat-in kitchen faces the back garden.

The private space is up a single flight of stairs on the entire second floor of the house. It is accessed by its own locked door just inside the homes entrance hallway. The host (and homeowner) lives in the main floor apartment.
I will welcome you and hand over keys but otherwise respect your privacy. If you need my help I'm absolutely available.
This is a quiet home with quiet neighbours. It suits quiet guests best.
