This beautiful patio home features an elevator going to all 3 floors, so carrying luggage and groceries is easy. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, gourmet eat-in kitchen, great room, and 2 car garage. The gourmet kitchen has a center island for sitting, socializing, and preparing food. It is well equipped and has all stainless steel appliances: large refrigerator, chef's gas cooktop, walloven, microwave, and dishwasher. The dry bar has everything you need for a night of entertainment. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, desk, large double closets, and ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, large closet, and ensuite bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds, large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. There is an outdoor covered picnic area to enjoy some fresh air.
The following are all within a few miles: N.G.R. Stadium (Texans, multi-purpose stadium), Minute Maid Park (Astros), Toyota Center (Rockets), Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Medical Center, Memorial Park, Herman Park (The Houston Museum of Natural Science), Bayou Bend (Museum of Fine Arts), Buffalo Bayou, Discovery Green (free concerts in the park), Waugh Bridge Bat Colony, and Downtown Aquarium just to name a few.
The guests have access to the entire home.

*Host will issue a keyless entry code 24-48 hours before guest's arrival.
*There is only room for 2 cars to park in the garage. All other cars will have to park outside of the gate on the street.
*No wick candles; only use battery operated candles provided in the home.
*Guest should be respectful of furnishings.
*Guest should clean up any accidents that occur. If something is broken, please let the property manager know.
*Guest should load and start dishwasher upon leaving.
*Guest should place used towels and sheets (not blankets) in the laundry room in baskets upon leaving.
*Guest should place trash in trash cans in the garage upon leaving.
*Guest should lock all doors upon leaving.
**If the house rules are broken, we reserve the right to charge a $200.00 fee.
**If there is property damage, we will contact the guest for payment. If rejected, we will pursue the matter in court.
