The space is a one bedroom walk-up condo unit recently delivered for occupancy just in September of 2016. It is fully furnished with amenities like
-Pull Out Double Bed able to accomodate upto 4 guests comfortably
-A Sofa Bed that can comfortably fit another 2 guests
-Super Fast internet through Fiber Optics connection available to guests via WIFI or wired connection.
-Split Type inverter aircon for proper ventilation.
-No Frost Inverter Fridge
-A 4 seater dining table
-A fully equipped kitchen, induction stove and rice cooker.
-Local Channel connection on a flast screen TV.
The unit comes with
-Free pool access for the first 2 to 3 users waived on your favor by the host. Any exceeding users will have to pay a minimal fee of Php 150.

-24-hour security personnel roving on designated hours for your safety and security

The host will be available as needed through text at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or through Airbnb private messages.
-Kindly inform host through Airbnb messaging interface of your expected time of arrival and any untoward delays as soon as you are able.
-A valid ID should be surrendered upon rental for proper identification and to be promptly returned by host to guest upon check-out.
-We provide our own housekeeping for an extra fee of Php 248 during your stay. For guests staying for a week or more, we require this to be done at least once a week. For guests staying any lesser, it will be covered by the rental fees and will be charged only if you request for it during your stay.
-Free Pool Usage will be waived by host in the guest's favor for only the first 2 to 3 guests. Other succeeding guests who would like to use the pool can pay a minimal fee of Php 150.
-Host and security on duty should be informed of any incoming guests for safety and security purposes.
-For guests staying for 3 weeks or more, electricity and water bills will be charged based on your meter. In fair practice, discounts are also applicable for longer stays like these.
-Loud noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
-Any changes or rearrangements in the unit should be with due permission and notification of host.
-The fee enlisted on Airbnb is only good for 2 guests. Any extra person will be charged Php 500 extra up to a maximum of 6 guests only.
-Any damage to the property and objects within it will be evaluated upon check out and will have corresponding fees if guest is found responsible. A sheet of furnishing corresponding costs will be provided to guest prior to occupancy. Damage Fees can be collected from incidental deposit or paid outright by the guest.
-Kindly inform host through Airbnb messaging interface or text of your expected time of arrival and any untoward delays as soon as you are able.

-The fee enlisted on Airbnb/(URL HIDDEN) is only good for 2 guests. Any extra person will be charged Php 500 per night up to a maximum of 6 guests only.
-We prefer to do our own housekeeping to keep the unit in excellent shape. We do it upon check-out for transient stays. However, for guests staying long term, it is to be done at least once a week at a minimal fee of Php 248 to be covered by guest.
-Likewise, for long term guests (staying at least a month), electricity and water bills will be read prior to occupancy and upon check out for calculation of utility dues. These dues will be covered by guest as in fair practice, the unit is rented on a discounted rates for stays like these.
-Free pool usage will be waived by host in favor for only the first 2 to 3 guests. Other succeeding guests who would like to use the pool may do so at a minimal fee of Php 150 collectively paid at upon check out.
-Host and security on duty should be informed of any incoming vistors for safety and security purposes. It is the property’s policy not to allow access to any visitors that the guest is not expecting.
-Loud noise is prohibited after 10 pm.
-Any changes, alterations or repairs in the unit should be with due permission and notification of the host.
-The unit, it’s appliances, equipments and furniture will be checked for any damage or loss upon check-out. If guest is found responsible, they should cover the cost of the item as found on Furnishing Costs sheet. These fees will either be deducted from the deposit withheld from your credit card or from your incidental deposit of Php 1,000 (given upon check-in with rental) if you opted not to use your credit card upon booking. Incidental deposit will be refunded in full in the case of no damage or loss upon check-out.
-Garbage is not individually collected from every unit for now so please make sure to throw your filled bins at the left wing of The Courtyards property.
-To avoid clogging the sink & the toilet, please do not throw sanitary napkins, tissues, wet wipes , oil or any other hard objects. A garbage bin is provided for that.
-The main power switch should be turned off if you will be out of the house/unit to save power. Negligence of doing so will have a penalty of Php 500 per instance.
