This 3 bedroom/2bath house has the best premier location in Scottsdale with a LESS THAN 5 min drive to Old Town Scottsdale, which has major shopping centers/malls, entertainment, nearly unlimited restaurants, city parks, lakes, bike paths, basketball/tennis courts, golf courses, & Fashion Square Mall. This house is seriously close to EVERYTHING, and we aren’t joking!!!! Many others say they are close to Old Town, but this is seriously the closest you can get if you want to stay in a private home, not a condo. Why would you stay in a hotel, when you can stay in a home?!?!? The home is close to the best casino in Arizona, Talking Stick Resort and Casino, and about 3 miles from the 101 freeway. It’s just a block away is the Arizona canal where you can walk your dog or ride a bike to Scottsdale Fashion square, Scottsdale waterfront, 5th avenue shops & boutiques, the arts district, or the entertainment district! There is also a Scottsdale Trolley that comes to within about 2 blocks of the house approximately every 30 minutes and is free! It will take you to the old town shopping area, parks, and many places in downtown Scottsdale so you can leave your car at home and not even worry about having to take a taxi!
The property is conveniently located within 10 minutes of many world class golf resorts such as: Talking Stick, Grey-hawk, TPC Scottsdale, Phoenician, Montelucia, Camelback Inn, and many others. The home is also 7 miles from the new Salt River Fields where the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies play their Spring Training Cactus League games. It is 1 mile from the San Francisco Giants facility, LA Angels are about 10 miles away, and the Oakland A’s stadium is 4 miles away. Get your tickets early as all games at these stadiums pretty much sell out on the weekends.
Camelback Mountain is about 2 miles away and is great for hiking. Two trails ascend 1,280 feet (390 m) to the peak of Camel-back Mountain. The Echo Canyon Trail is 1.2 miles (1900 m) and the Cholla Trail is 1.4 mi (2300 m). Both trails are considered strenuous with steep grades. The hiking path has dirt, gravel, boulders, and some handrail-assisted sections. The average hike requires a round trip time of 1.5 to 3 hours. You can see the entire Valley of the Sun from the top!

2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
