"Babe" our African Grey Parrot lives on the grounds and enjoys casual conversation with other birds in the neighborhood during the day. He also enjoys grapes and apples, and may ask for them from time to time. He loves having company.
This home is located in a family friendly neighborhood. We kindly ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and please refrain from loud gatherings and activities, particularly after 10pm.
Although we don't have a "No Shoes" policy, keeping the carpet clean and maintained, as well as the other furnishings throughout the home, is important to us. Please use good judgement in that regard.
A basic clean-up routine upon checkout (attention to trash, dirty dishes, and the like) is appreciated.

We are both native Arizonans and have lived in the Valley most of our lives where we have raised our children. Additionally, we have also lived in Flagstaff in northern Arizona as well as down south in Tucson while attending college together. We enjoy traveling across this beautiful state and never grow tired of exploring the amazing sites, natural habitats, and rich rustic history it offers. Our current travel goals include bikepacking the 750 mile Arizona Trail (AZT), and seeking out many of our remote sites accessible via the extensive network of Jeep Trails throughout the state. We also enjoy good Mexican food, a night at the movies, and spending time with our friends and family.
