The Fiore apartment is a newly built apartment on Hobson Street which is only a few blocks away from the central Queen Street. The building is secure and in a very good location in the city. The apartment itself is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, the space is very spacious with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The view is stunning as it is on the 8th floor with much sun light coming in. You will love this place as it is perfect for a nice relaxing stay while enjoying Auckland City!
The space is very spacious as you walk into the apartment, you will see the kitchen on one wall and a closed laundry next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basics needed. Next to the kitchen is the dining area for 4 people. This all flows into the living room where there is a double sofa with a TV. There is a fan in the living room if it gets too hot in the summer.
You can see across the city from the view outside the window from the living room and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is fairly spacious and a double wardrobe with mirror sliding doors.
Guests will be able to access from the entrance of the building to the elevator to their apartment.
They will also have access to the rubbish room downstairs on level 1.
We will be able to reach by the Airbnb website or by phone at anytime. We are happy to give information on the apartment on things to do around Auckland so just ask!
If you are needing to leave storage before check in or after check out you may leave your luggage in the storage lockers in the Britomart train station and the bus depot behind Skycity.
Aircons are rare in NZ apartments so we've left a fan in the apartment if it gets too hot.
And also heaters if it gets too cold!

My name is Aeri, the owner of the amazing Airbnb property managing company, 'Clef'. I am hosting apartments across the Auckland City with my helpful daughter Stellar.
To give you a little insight of my views on this country is that New Zealand is a beautiful country of peace. My first encounter to this blissful land as a traveller dates the back to early 1990s. The beauty of landscapes and kind people captivated my heart, and it was not a difficult, yet a lifetime, decision to settle in New Zealand. Since then, I have travelled throughout the country only to learn how abundant and fascinating its culture has to offer.
Travelling, just as to most people, is an essential vitamin for life. Expectations and excitements while planning the itinerary and hopes for new acquaintances all play its parts as an element. I find great joy, in addition to any others, in exploring diverse accommodation in a foreign land. Feeling of being at home and having time and space to revitalise from the exhaustion of exploring new environment is a must to every traveller.
I hope I am able to help you through your journey in Auckland (in an accommodating way) and you are able to relax and rest peacefully at our host.
