My home is located in south Escondido, close to San Diego Zoo Safari Park, Orfila Winery, The Vineyard Golf Club, Kit Carson Park, Westfield shopping mall with a food court and many restaurants. It is easily accessed from Interstate 15.
Downtown Escondido is 3 miles away with the California Center for the Arts and the unique shops on Grand Avenue.
My place will accommodate couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The bedroom has 1 king size bed to accommodate 2 people. The adjoining bathroom has a large, glassed shower. The bathtub is currently not for use. There is a large wardrobe which provides separate levels of hanging space. An attached room has a small, drop leaf table, 2 chairs, a mini refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker provided for your convenience. A desk is furnished as a workspace. Patio and garden space can be used for your enjoyment.
You have a private entrance to the bedroom through a sliding glass door with key lock. The residence is occupied and private with no access.
I like to greet my guests when they arrive and show them to their room. I can answer any questions they have at the time.
My home is gated and the guests will be given a gate code to come and go on their arrival.

Native So. CA. Born in San Diego, raised in Poway, graduated Escondido HS, San Diego State University. Family was raised in Chula Vista, but completed the full circle of life when I return to Escondido to build my retirement home on my parents property.
I live on an acre of land with fruit/citrus/avocado trees. I love to grow my own vegetables. I play competitive tennis and my life motto is family first, stay active and be healthy.
