My little guesthouse is also my home. I moved here a little over a year ago, and desided to turn the house into a home also for travellers who needs a cheep place to stay.
The difference between my place and other places to stay in Minca, is that my place is not a hostel. It is a home where we live together. If you have any questions about Minca's history or this houses history I will be happy to tell you what I know.
This property is a country house that sits in a great location from town. The area is very peaceful and private. Lots of birds around and mountain view.
Daniel's house it's only five minutes from Minca's center where you'll be able to find local restaurants, boutique shops and other services.
The house is a 1980's brick home that's has gradually been updated in the last few years. It has twos double rooms, basement, a kitchen, living room area and outdoors patio and backyard. Both room are insuit and the basement has a half bathroom.
This house has everything you need to spend time in the mountains. Electricity, running water, hot showers, equiped kithen, indoor and outdoor furniture, patio and mountain views to relax.
The house is well located and it's only five minutes from Minca's center.
The house is very modest in it's decoration but it's comfortable to stay. It has hammocks, a couple of recliners, enough blankets for a group of six to eight people, tv, and outdoor lights.
You are welcome to enjoy all common areas during your stay. There are some recliners, indoor and outdoor hammocks, patio area, living room furniture. The kitchen is open to use as well as it's equipment. The kitchen counters are spacefull and have hight chairs.
I'll be around the house doing indoor/outdoor maintenance and it will be my pleasure to assist you in anything related with your stay as my guest.
