Located on a lovely cul de sac, enter the property through a large courtyard, with a 52 ft. water feature, facing the San Jacinto mountains. Step through the vintage Steve Chase front doors, and you will be immersed in a stylish, spacious 3bed/ 4bath home perfect for entertaining. What once was the living, dining, and kitchen area has been thoughtfully transformed into a grand, cathedral-beamed great room. Here you'll find yourself surrounded by fine art, comfortable modern-style furniture, and a 50" TV. Through the double glass doors, you'll find the 1000 sq/ft addition containing an open concept chef's dream kitchen and a fun banquet dining area lined with a huge wall of glass door and windows that open to the yard and pool. High-end appliances include Italian range, 2 dishwashers, under-counter ice maker, double-wide refrigerator-freezer, under counter wine cooler, as well as all the small appliances you might desire. Another 50" TV and fun art round out the space.
Head toward the bedroom wing through a completely tiled hallway with luxurious frosted interior glass doors. There's a King Master and a Queen Master, both are ensuite, with beautifully designed Euro Bathrooms, and flat screen TVs. The King offers direct access to the yard with large, vintage mosaic tiled salt-water pool and spa. The third bedroom has 2 comfortable Twin beds that can optionally be combined into a very comfortable King. This room also has a flat screen TV and a window looking out onto the peaceful fountain courtyard and lovely mountain view. For larger groups, we can supply a Queen auto-inflate aerobed with linens to be set-up in the ample-sized great room. Plus there's a relatively comfy queen futon in the laundry room.
With plentiful sun and shade, hardscape and grass, the backyard provides ample room to stretch out and enjoy the famous Palm Springs lifestyle. There's a large, new stainless steel BBQ grill. Lastly, large mature orange and lemon trees (along with an electric juicer) can add a nutritious local flavor to your stay. Be sure to enjoy that glass of fresh orange or lemon juice as you admire the majestic mountain view from the large outdoor sofa.
Pool Heating is an extra $50/night ($250/week), recommended October through June. Well-behaved, flea-free Dogs (up to 2) are welcome, $100 each. 11.5% Palm Springs Tax is included in the pricing you see here.
