My place is close to activities, restaurants, shopping, boat launch, sporting activities, food market, fast food takeout, resort hotels, high end mall, golf courses, car and moped rentals.
You’ll love my place because of the location, across the street from Maui's best sand beaches. Short drive to two of Maui's best known scuba spots.
Our unit is modern, has all tile floors. It is an end unit so it is very bright and gets very good breezes from the ocean. Note it does not have AC.
Our tax and registration number with the State of Hawaii is TA-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), and GE-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). The condo is a one bedroom with a good sized bathroom, a galley kitchen, an indoor eating space, and an outdoor table as well. There is a small living room, and a pretty good sized porch/Lanai. The unit is second floor with no one above you. It is an end unit so it has five extra windows on the side and is very bright and airy. Due to the era when these were built they do not have air conditioning.
You will have the whole condo. You also have access to the grounds at the complex. There is a nice pool with covered tables and lounge chairs. There are BBQ grills, a car wash, and a pay laundry room. Parking is free and one space is provided. We discourage children since there is only one bedroom and it only has a queen bed.
We do not live in Hawaii but my mother who co owns this unit with us does. She is two blocks away in case of emergency.
There are no hidden fees associated with this rental. Hawaii state tax of 13.25% is all that would be added to the base price. Parking is free, use of the pool is free, there are no resort fees or add on's. Laundry is a coin wash if you choose to use it and is in the pool house. There is a fully staffed front desk that can help you with questions about the area, and activities.
