Thank you for considering our beautiful apartment for your upcoming stay. Ideally located and spacious, we are sure you will absolutely love it .
My wife and I have lived in Trivandrum for the last 30 years, and would be happy to share our knowledge of the city and nearby tourist spots with you.
While we may not always be able to receive you personally, Rajeev our caretaker / housekeeper will be onsite to receive you and ensure that your stay is comfortable and hassle free
This well maintained apartment is on the first floor , so guests will need to climb a flight of stairs to get there. Apart from the two bedrooms, there is a large, well furnished drawing-dining area, ideal for groups to relax and spend fun time together. There is also a pantry and a kitchen which you are welcome to use.
You can rent the whole place, or just a single room (see other listings on air bnb under my name for smaller groups)
For those looking for outdoor space, the building has a terrace with a good view of our 'royal' neighbourhood.
I'll be happy to help in an emergency.
We provide an English breakfast - cereal, toast, boiled eggs and seasonal fruit. If you prefer a South Indian breakfast, our caretaker will be happy to procure dosas/idlis for you from a nearby restaurant at your own cost. You can have other meals home delivered, or enjoy dining out on the nearby Kawdiar-Pattom road which offers a wide variety of eating places.
- Rs. 150 (INR) will be charged per use of the washing machine
- One TV is available in the common area on each floor
A planter by profession, I'm basically an out-doors-man and a nature lover. I enjoy walking and regular rounds of golf . I love dogs, but have just one at the moment. I like good non-vegetarian food and am game to try out different cuisines. I've traveled a fair bit to different parts of the world, mostly in the company of my wife's family or my golfing buddies. As an Airbnb host, I am available to answer any questions and accommodate any reasonable requests my guests might have. I generally try to meet up once with my guests in the course of their visit just to make sure that they are comfortable.
My motto - Don't worry. Be happy!
