Erika was lovely, as soon as I met her. Friendly, warm and kind. She showed me around the complex where the pool was etc. and all the details about getting in and around the complex. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger room which is great! The view was to die for, absolutely stunning view of the beach. Great to wake up to. Although please be aware it does get quite hot from the sun. The location was the best you could get. 30 second walk to the beach (literally) and a 4 min walk to the main strip with all the shops and restaurants you could ask for. They're all open at least till 9pm, even on week nights. Some stay open to 2am-3am. Pretty cool. The beaches near by go for days and were stunning!! Erika was kind enough to let me use her surf board and boogie board which is very generous. The pool and hot tub facilities were nice and I used them every night to wind down, and if you have kids there's also an area for table tennis too which the balls and bats are provided. The apartment itself isn't too glamorous, but it is great considering the amount of money being paid to stay. As I said, I was upgraded so I had a kitchen, dining table etc which was great! The air conditioning unit had a tube which kept falling out of the wall, making it impossible for me to use the aircon. However, there was 1 fan which saved the day! However; if there were other people in the room with me it may not have been too good. For a single traveler who wasn't spending all day in the room, it was good value for money because of the location and I would most likely stay again because of that.
